These will be the last appliances I purchase from this manufacturer and the other brands they sell as well. Washing Machine not working NFW7500VW01-Poor Quality built washing machine and terribible Customer Service. 2011 1) Purchased unit 1/13/11 2) 5/19 broke with a F70 error 3) 5/25 serviced by A & E Factory Service, reconnected some connectors (that was a quality fix) 4) 5/31 broke with a F70/F71 errors again, At time have no display at all, it has power and beeps just no display. Clothes are locked in the machine wet and unable to access. 5) 6/7 Had a replacement control unit replaced and washed one load and again got an F70 error code, was unable to wash a second load.. 6) 6/16 Had another control module and the motor control module replaced and so far so good. Finally A & E Factory service rescheduled to come out more than a week away on 6/82001 which to me is unacceptable for their poor service.
